Monthly Billing and Accounts Receivable

Auto Pay – Direct Debit

HOAAccounting365.com makes it easy for association members to stay current with their assessments by offering a convenient electronic debit system that directly withdraws the exact balance due from personal bank accounts. This system is powered by the National Automated Clearing House (NACHA) and provides a secure method of payment. Our automatic payment system is automatically canceled when the property is transferred.

Online Member Portal

Our Online Member Portal gives members and directors easy access to current accounting and association information. Owners can view their exact balance and payment history, as well as pay via e-check or credit card. Managers and board members can access membership information and view various documents, such as meeting minutes, governing documents, and announcements, these documents can be made available for download to community members.

Online Accounts Payable Services

  • We digitize all invoices and provide instant access to invoice history through our online payables lockbox service. 

  • Managers and board members can approve payments online, and checks are mailed directly to vendors. 

  • Our powerful search functions allow you to find historical payments by date range, vendor, or even by expense account. 

  • We also offer an emergency payment service for situations requiring immediate payments. 

  • In addition, we comply with federal and state reporting requirements by issuing IRS 1099s, and IRS 1096 returns.
