Our company has been in business for over 50 years, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service at a competitive price. It's important to note that while we are not a CPA firm, our bookkeeping services are designed to meet the specific needs of landlords, tenants, owners association boards, association managers, and members. Our management team has a deep understanding of the operational, legal, accounting, and bookkeeping requirements of these types of organizations, and we are well-equipped to provide the support you need.

Founder

Tyco Property Management Co. founder, Mitchell Compton has been an active member in the Common Interest Development Industry since August 1986. Mitchell T. Compton is the President and CEO of HOAAcounting365.com Mitchell served (4) years in the Navy and is a Vietnam Veteran. After his service, Mitchell attended the University of San Diego where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1976, and his Real Estate License that same year. Mitch received his Brokers License in 1978. In 1984 he was awarded the prestigious C.P.M. Designation (Certified Property Manager) by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mitchell is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors where he served as a State Director, Nominating Committee Member, and Regional Vice President. Mitchell is a past President of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (P.S.A.R) serving on, and chairing numerous committees including the Landlord/Tenant Committee, and Professional Standards. He was named Realtor of the year in 1996.

Mitchell has been an instructor teaching a course in apartment management. He is involved in many community projects and is a member of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, and the Chula Vista Rotary Club where he received the Distinguished Service Award for 1999 & 2000 and was named a Paul Harris Fellow in 2009.

Our software includes built-in interfaces to popular web services such as our Owner/Member Portal and Payables Lockbox, allowing clients to have secure online access to their accounts and board members to easily review and approve bill payments online.
